Based in Middleton Wisconsin, Livesey Company is a family-owned commercial real estate development company. Over the past 40 years, the Company has developed over 10 million square feet of commercial buildings and presently owns over 30 properties and roughly 700 acres of undeveloped land in Wisconsin. The Company is currently developing properties in Middleton, Verona, Sun Prairie, Madison, Deforest, and Windsor.
